Ordering & delivery

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart. For orders from € 50 (Netherlands), we deliver free of charge; for Belgium, free shipping applies from € 100.

How fast will I receive my order?
Most products will be delivered to you within 1-2 business days. For items that we order especially for you, a delivery time of 2-3 business days applies; you will see this on the product page.

Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Products & prices

Is the deposit already included in the price?
Yes. For bottles and cans with a deposit (Pfand), this amount is already included in the sales price — so you never pay extra.

Are they original German products?
Yes, we exclusively sell original items from well-known brands, directly from Germany.

How can I pay?
You can pay securely with common payment methods; you will see the available options at checkout.

Can I return something?
