We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on your order.

• Free shipping for orders over €50 (Netherlands) and over €100 (Belgium).
• Most products are delivered within 1–2 business days.
• For items that we order specially, a delivery time of 2–3 business days applies; this is stated on the product page.

Returns & right of withdrawal

Not satisfied? After receipt, you have 14 days to cancel your order. Products must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

Exceptions (legally excluded from right of withdrawal):

• Food and drinks that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
• Sealed care, cosmetic, and hygiene products whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Do you want to return something? First email us at info@duitsevoordeel.nl — we will then send you the return address and instructions. After approval and receipt, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
